Esteemed religious leaders, notable gospel  artists, along with a host of family and friends came together for the national homegoing service of Apostle Richard D. Henton.  Thousands gathered at the House of Hope in Chicago (James T. Meeks, Pastor) to pay there respects and share heartfelt moments in celebration of this General in the Gospel.

Among those in attendance were Bishop Noel Jones, Dr. Bill Winston, Prophet Brian Carn, Bishop William Hudson III, Rev. James T. Meeks, and Pastor Kimberly Ray-Gavin.  The service  showcased musical tributes from Pastor Shirley Caesar, Dr. Edwin Hawkins, Marvin Sapp, Marvin Winans and the Barrett Sisters. Special video presentations were also shown.
